Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings. Please read carefully before booking and contact me if you have any questions.​

Guide timings

Wedding / Prom Hair & Makeup:
1.5-2 hours
Hair or Makeup only: 45 minutes - 1 hour

Young Bridesmaid: 30-45mins

Flower Girl Hair: 15-20 minutes

Additional charges may apply if the client is delayed from the agreed timings given in advance of the day.​

Payment

A date based on your initial enquiry and quotation is confirmed once your deposit is received.

The deposit is deducted from the final balance.

The final balance is payable 6 weeks in advance of the booking / wedding date.

Cancellation

60 days of more prior to the booking there will be a £50 administration fee, the remaining deposit will be refunded.

8 to 29 days prior to the booking there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit, the remaining deposit will be refunded.

Up to 7 days prior to the booking the is non-refundable.

Changes

Your quote is based on the name, booking size, requirements, timings and location from your initial enquiry. Bookings are confirmed subject to receipt of a deposit and secured for the quoted date. Bookings may be amended subject to agreement.  

Notification should be given of any changes to the booking as soon as possible.
